Terms of Service
Coral Code · Last updated July 28, 2026
These terms govern your use of Coral Code's products and services, including the Coral Media Engine and Lumis ("the Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Services
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You may not use the Services to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or breach the terms of any connected third-party platform (including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines).
- You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
Connected platforms
Some features work by connecting to third-party platforms with your authorization. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for the content you create, publish, or schedule through the Services.
Your content
You retain all rights to content you create or upload. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Services on your behalf — for example, transmitting a video you choose to publish to a platform you've connected.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services as they evolve. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
Disclaimer and liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coral Code is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Per-product terms
Individual products may have their own, more specific terms. Lumis is covered by the Lumis terms of service.
